The surly apothecary of the small village of Time's End. Despite their seeming distaste for dealing with people, Blair has a strong desire to help those in need. They're very dedicated to their job, and can often be found running errands outside of their actual obligations. They also have a strong talent for ice magic, but that's a sore spot for them so they don't use it often.
